Terms of use
These terms cover Veridyne Certifications at certifications.veridyne.eu. It is run by VERIDYNE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (CUI 51635423, Trade Register J2025027184005), Str. Guliver nr. 13, Bucharest, Romania ("Veridyne", "we"). You accept them the first time you sign in, and again when they change in a way that matters.
1. Who can use it
You sign in with the Veridyne account you already have, as a Veridyne employee or as someone Veridyne works with. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with it.
2. Vouchers
- Each exam attempt needs one voucher. Veridyne decides who gets vouchers and how many.
- A voucher can be for one certification or for any of them, and it may have a use-by date.
- Vouchers are personal. They can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- Starting an exam uses the voucher, whatever the result. Veridyne can remove a voucher that hasn't been used yet.
3. Exams
- Sit the exam yourself, alone, and follow the rules shown before it starts. Unless those rules say otherwise, don't use other people or AI tools.
- Don't copy, record, share or publish exam questions or answers.
- Veridyne may review an attempt and can cancel a result that broke these rules.
4. Your certification
- When you pass, Veridyne issues a certification in your name. It has its own code and is valid for the period shown on it, usually two years. You can renew it in its last 90 days.
- Veridyne can revoke a certification that was issued by mistake or obtained by breaking these terms. Its public record then says it was revoked.
- You may show your badge and code on LinkedIn, Credly, your CV, your website and your email signature, as long as you show them as issued and keep the dates. Don't change the badge, and don't use it after the certification has expired or been revoked.
- A certification shows what you showed in the exam. It isn't a licence, a guarantee of your work, or a certification from Okta or Auth0. Those are trademarks of Okta, Inc.
5. What is public
Certifications are only worth something if others can check them, so some details are public:
- Verify by code. Anyone with a certification code can see the holder's name, the certification, when it was issued, when it expires and whether it is valid, expired or revoked. This stays on for every certification, even if you turn your profile off.
- Your public profile. A page at certifications.veridyne.eu/p/… shows your name and your certifications, with their codes and dates. It is on by default, so you can share one link. You can turn it off, or on again, from your Home page at any time.
- Your email address and company are never shown on these pages. Public pages ask search engines not to index them.
The details are in the privacy policy.
6. The service
We work to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We may change the exams, the certifications on offer and these terms. When a change matters, we ask you to accept the new terms at your next sign-in. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Ending
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). Veridyne can close an account that breaks these terms. Certifications already issued stay checkable by their code unless they are revoked.
8. Law
Romanian law applies, and the courts of Bucharest decide disputes, unless the law where you live gives you other rights as a consumer.
